The Process of Making // Senior Thesis

For my thesis project, I wanted to reconnect to my original process of making. Before design school, I was a woodworker. Since then, I have endured four long years of digital making on the computer as a graphic designer. I felt like I was losing my connection with the tactile. I set out to build a wood bench. With the guidance from my father and woodworking mentor, I attempted to reconnect to my physical making in hopes to relate to my life as a designer.
